Ravi Rajasinghe
Ravi Rajasinghe is a passionate developer of people with over 25 years of hands-on management experience in training & development, human resources management, management development, strategic planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, team building, leadership development, employee engagement, culture transformation, change management, competency-based management, sales & marketing skills development, internal communication, implementation of the Japanese management practices for quality & productivity improvement, sustainability, internal & external customer service, and stakeholder relationship management.
He has over 20 years of Senior Management experience including Head of HR & Sustainability of Engineering, Industrial Solutions Power & Energy Business Sector, General Manager – HR of the BPO & Shared Services Business Sector, Head and Principal Corporate Trainer/Consultant of Hayleys Business School. As Group HRD Manager, he played the role of Head of Learning & Development in Hayleys Group.
As a Management Consultant and Corporate Trainer, his exposure encompasses a spectrum of diverse industry sectors within and beyond Hayleys Group. He has facilitated programmes across companies where he has contributed to developing successful and sustainable new businesses. His experience, exposure, expertise, and insights bring practical professional perspectives into the boardrooms of his clients, classrooms of his undergraduate, postgraduate and professional students as well as participants in his activity-based training workshops.
Ravi is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (Chartered MCIPM). He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Chartered Qualification in Human Resources Management (CQHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka, and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK). He is a Fellow Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Training & Development (FITD), and a Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (MSLIM). He is also a Bachelor of Science (BSc, Colombo) in Chemistry and Biological Sciences and is part qualified in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
