Performance Management

Even if a company or another organization has the best possible people, resources, and articulated competitive strategic plans, it is their performance management and development system that will ensure that the strategic plan achieves the intended results. This is done through planning, monitoring, reviewing, controlling, assessing, rewarding, motivating, and developing people.

For Performance management and development to take place, the strategic plan must be cascaded through a Balanced Score Card into hierarchical and functional levels, Key Result Areas (KRAs) are identified, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are formulated, and cascaded appropriately.

Successfully establishing a Performance Management and Development System or upgrading the current system adopting some of the global best practices is not feasible for organizations without the facilitation and expert inputs of an experienced external expert assisting the senior management team.
